Bridging is a short term facility which aims to have an efficient process to achieve funding quickly without the difficulties the pillar Banks put in the way of transactions. A bridging loan can be used for any purpose whether to refinance / purchase Residential Investments / Commercial / Land / Developments. In terms of security, the loan is secured against property on a First Fixed Charge Basis. The loan can be provided for up to 18 months.
