Shane has over 13 years’ experience in Financial Services and Property Sectors. He previously worked with Bank of Scotland (Ireland) Limited in a relationship role in Commercial Banking. His most recent role was as a Senior Manager within Certus managing a distressed corporate real estate loan portfolio with a par value of €1bn. Shane brings a wealth of experience on structuring deals with Borrowers that allows for maximisation of value. Shane is a member of the Institute of Bankers.
B.Sc, MRICS
Philip is a qualified chartered surveyor with over 30 years’ experience in commercial investment and development sectors in Ireland and the UK. Philip previously worked with Armada Capital a specialist UK property firm property focused solutions for financial institutions. While with Armada Philip managed over £400m acquisitions and disposals on behalf of clients. He previously advised AIB UK plc on the workout of their commercial sale book. Philip is a member of the Institute of Chartered Surveyors.
MEcon Sc, C Dip AF, APA
Colum has over 25 years’ experience in the financial service sector. Colum has held a number of senior positions in both Corporate and Commercial Banking. His most recent role was as Head of Real Estate Banking Division in Certus with responsibility for the management of a loan portfolio of €7.5bn which contained both performing and non-performing loans. Colum is a member of the Institute of Bankers.
